it’s the scene

ImageLife for this colorful fella began almost three years ago. He’s floated around in the ‘I might one day revive this one’ pile and came close to the fire pit last night. I like this one. It feels good to ink and draw today. To scale back down to a 23 x 30 cm handheld piece of rough acrylic paper and take a break from painting. This one has ‘the scene’, a recurring abstract landscape/spacescape which are made up from two distinct hemispheres filled by and with infinite reflections. And, there’s usually a jagged peak sitting on top of a lake in the background. Confused? I know, me too but you’ll recognize it when you see it.
